It's a small room with its own private bathroom in a very nice house in the Peppergrass Subdivision on the south side of Bloomington. Travel to and from campus is very direct and the house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. It's a great value! We stayed there last year too, and intend to go back in the future.

Simple room and adjoining bathroom in a house where host lives on lower level. It was clean, host was nice, and initial hiccuup with electronic door was quickly resolved to let me in by host. Would go back.

Outstanding!!

This was an excellent example of how VRBO should work. A clean comfortable room with easy and quick communication with the host for a very reasonable price. We would happily stay here again.
