Balisier Apt 5 - Spacious upscale 2-bedroom apartment with breathtaking views.

Spacious apartment with high ceilings. Both upstairs bedrooms are pretty large, have king beds, are air conditioned, and have their own private bathrooms. The unit contains both 110v and 220v electrical outlets, two 55” smart TVs so you can watch your favorite channels on YouTube or utilize other internet apps. There is also a dedicated office nook upstairs in the event you insist on working while on vacation.

The living area downstairs is not air conditioned, but is surrounded by large windows with insect screens on both sides of the space allowing guests to experience the cool breezes and magnificent views even from inside the apartment. Perfect for watching movies with family or friends on the big screen TV, and you will no doubt enjoy dining out on the spacious balcony while taking in the breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets. The full -sized kitchen also gives you the flexibility to prepare your own meals. The Indoor dinning area provides additional space to come together as family. There is even a laundry room complete with washing machine, laundry tub, folding table, iron, ironing board, and drying rack.

Balisier apartment 5 was a good stay. The host was very responsive to communication. We loved having two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The views from the balcony were lovely and we spent most of our time out there. We did find the beds to be uncomfortable, though and the host was not able to provide extra pillows for the beds when we asked for them.

Apartment in Picard

The property is very very spacious. Views from the veranda and master bedroom were exqusite. Very comfortable super sized beds.Situated in a great location for food shopping or eating. We loved it very much!!!

Home from home

This is our second time staying at Balisier, and as usual we had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, very well kept just as the picture and truly a home from home vacation spot. Ryan is a very good host anything we needed he was on the other end of the phone and arranging it, we lacked nothing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation and a fantastic location in Picard, Portsmouth. Keep up the good work Ryan we will be back.

Fantastic View!

This is an excellent property! It was very clean, and the check in and out process was very easy. It is very spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive and replied to any request right away. The views are fantastic from the lanai- a wonderful 180 view of the Carribean and Cabrits! The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt quite safe and secure at all times. I would highly recommend.

Best property for a relaxing Holiday

Staying in this property was a dream. The accommodation is fantastic and the host Ryan was brilliant! The accommodation looks exactly like the photos if not better. It is spacious, clean and in a great location. Ryan was very helpful with suggesting places to visit and even checked in on us to make sure we were okay when there was bad weather. My family and I would like to say a massive thank you to Ryan for helping to make this trip a memorable one. Week Getaway to Dominica

We loved this spacious apartment with breathtaking views! Dominica was such a beautiful island and the people were very friendly and helpful. We didn't rent a car because the roads are narrow and treacherous. We took buses, taxis, and a couple tours. This property was also close enough to walk to many places. Loved it.

A wonderful experience.

Spacious apartment with high ceiling allowing for refreshing natural airflow. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Ryan was a dedicated and kind host who addressed every request quickly and with graciousness. Will certainly repeat if the occasion arises.

The property was so clean and spacious and the views of Prince Rupert Bay were breathtaking! Ryan was so responsive to everything. The previous tenants had broken a fan and he was out shopping that night to have a new one in place for us. At night, the breeze through the place was so refreshing so we didn't even need to use AC! This was a huge place for a family-we felt like we had so much space to relax after busy days exploring the area of Portsmouth--which has a ton to do!
