Hotel like room located just minutes from Loup City, NE on Old Highway 92. 7 miles from Sherman lake and 40 miles from Calamus lake. Enjoy the peace & quiet on the front porch or community covered porch with lighting, grill and picnic table. Located along the beautiful Middle Loup River. 3 rooms can be rented separately or together. Please search for properties #3416757 & #3416807

Each room has 2 queen beds, television, mini refrigerator and microwave. There are 4 chairs and a small table in each room. The bathroom features a walk in shower with sink, vanity and mirror just outside.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Just leave any used towels on the floor and leave any extra blankets that you use on the bed. No need to take the used bedding off of the bed.
No need to do anything else but set the thermostat Up to 72 degrees in the summer (on cool) Down to 68 degrees in the winter (on heat)
Shut off the lights (including the porch lights) and close the door when you leave. Please pull the gate closed behind you and latch it if you are the last guest to leave.

I loved our stay there! It was awesome waking up to a great view and all the wildlife! I would recommended a trashcan in the bathroom but other than that it was a wonderful experience and the property manager was beyond nice and accommodating!!

Peaceful Getaway Location

Lake Getaway

Place was very clean and was roomier than the pictures online. Beds were comfortable. Tons of space for parking our boat and we were able to plug it in at night which was a bonus! Short distance from the lake. Our family loved and we would definitely stay again! ThankYou!

Good for the area.

Maybe I was expecting just a little bit more. Like wash clothes, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Considering its location it is probably better suited for hunters. But, not much to choose from in Loup City.

The room was just perfect for what we needed! The host was amazing at answering any of my questions and very helpful! We didn’t arrive until late at night so was a little hard to find in the dark, only suggestion would be a bigger identifier by the gate or something. Otherwise the whole location and stay was amazing! Will definitely stay again.
