Newly updated 3 bedroom home in a quiet residential neighborhood that’s close to the entertainment district and stadium. All you will need for a short stay or a number of weeks. Sleeps 6 easily with a nice yard and ample on location parking with garage. We have updated the house while retaining the mid century charm of the neighborhood. Joyce House is a quiet and relaxing spot close to the entertainment district for food and fun.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in laundry baskets located in the bedroom closets.
Fill out registration form and leave on kitchen table along with keys and garage door opener. Consider leaving an entry in the guest book.
Close open windows, turn off lights, lock and close doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
JoyceHouse is in a residential neighborhood. Guests must observe quiet time 10 pm to 8 am.
Any unlawful activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.

We enjoyed our stay at this updated (but still retro) house that was an easy half mile walk to Lambeau. The owner lives next door and was very accessible if we needed anything like paper towels, etc.

This conveniently located house was well-stocked, very clean and comfortable. The owner graciously provided snacks and was very easy to work with. We found Green Bay to be easy to get around, but it wasn't a Packer game weekend. We enjoyed the piano & short drive to the Lake Michigan beach. The retro vibe reminded me of my childhood. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Packer weekend

This property was perfect for our Packers weekend. Very close to Lambeau, clean, and plenty of space. Owner communicated with us during the stay and offered help and tips. It was a bit pricey but worth it for our stay.

Close to Lambeau

Stayed for a race that started near Lambeau. Cute older house with all that we needed— we brought our own high chair and pack n play Very clean. Would stay again if in the area. Only a couple blocks away from a nice park which was our preschooler’s favorite part!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood chose us as this is the area we both grew up in. We have lived in this house since 1991. The great thing about the neighborhood is that it retains the mid century charm while being within a short walk to Lambeau Field and the entertainment district which grew up since we have been here.

What makes this property unique

We have retained the mid century charm of the house built in 1960 but have upgraded the areas that guests need for a great stay. We offer a quiet neighborhood setting with a great yard for unwinding outdoors under mature trees and a green setting.
