Great multi-generational family landing spot

+Convenient location - less than a mile to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and highways. +Big rooms - king beds, bunk beds, a crib, and a “grandma’s suite” off the kitchen (away from the family bedrooms). +Nice kitchen - well stocked, gas range, big refrigerator. +Big garage - holds 2 cars. -Porch furniture is a bit “long on the tooth. -Access - off a narrow alley, with a gate that requires careful maneuvering. -Recently repainted. Owner confirmed that the family room, pictured as a paneled room, had recently been painted. Odor was overwhelming. Hope they’ve had a chance to air it the house!! -

Awesome Stay for a Family Wedding

There were 6 adults from various places (we're all related) and we came together for my niece's wedding at the Dallas Arboretum. It was a great location. The house was perfect with the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all to get ready at the same time!!! Allison, the host was awesome to let us check in a bit early and also when our flight was delayed due to weather, to let us stay a little longer. That was a godsend. We all loved the get together and the house was all we could want.

Terrific location

Perfect for families, both young and old. Located just a mile off the Lower Greenville dining and entertainment district, it made for a wonderful family reunion venue.

Weekend Staycation

We live in the neighborhood, but were having friends coming into town and wanted extra room to spend time with everyone. The house was very well maintained and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. We highly recommend and hope to use again in the future.

The house has a great layout for a family, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen is well equipped. The location works well for us, this was our second stay at the home.

Summer trip

This house was perfect for us as a place to stay while we helped our daughter in her move to Dallas. Alison was very responsive and accommodating. Her home was very comfortable with nicely stocked kitchen and great internet service. We cooked several meals on the grill which we also enjoyed!

Spacious, convienent and safe.

Fenced in property with secure parking. 4 bedrooms accommodating 3 kids 4 adults. Close to SMU. Modern kitchen, great family room w/large TV, clean and spacious property. We enjoyed our 4 nights and would say again.

Dallas Stay

The house was perfect for our needs. We were visiting family in the Dallas area and this house was less than 2 miles away. It was roomy and comfortable. We stayed for 11 days and it suited our needs perfectly. We were 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and large. The owners were easily contacted and very nice.
