The chalet is very cozy , was no hot tub but otherwise very nice property . Would go out in the morning to drink coffee and see the bears in the yard playing. The pool was a 2 minute drive from the chalet .

When arriving, the parking was not explained Correctly, getting into the condo was not explained correctly. Going upstairs. Multiple flights when you have grandparents, who can't walk, then you have the fact that the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. We found cockroaches, every light switch was everywhere, made not a lot of sense . When first arriving, we did not get a code for the door after contacting the host and not getting a response. Having to call vrbo to then get the actual code

Unit was dated but clean. We had trouble with the WiFi and it took two nights of having no internet to get it fixed. We couldn’t even make phone calls, which was concerning. It did get fixed and we did learn how to lock the door. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Bathmats would be a nice addition.

Comfortable furniture and bedding with just the right coziness. It is a quiet and relaxing place to stay that is away from all the city lights and traffic. We enjoyed the ease of check out procedures.

The furniture is not as pictured. The tables in the home needed attention and appeared to not have been touched in some time. The outside area leading into the home had spider webs etc. The floors were clean, the beds appeared clean and the kitchen/bathroom areas were clean. Lots of holes from missing/moved/dropped pictures. DO NOT HANG ANYTHING ON THE HOOKS OF THE MIRROR IN THE HALLWAY, barely hanging by a spring. Lots of falling debris from ceilings in the bathroom downstairs, seems to have been a sad attempt to be fixed. The lights are controlled by switches that make no sense to their vicinity of the rooms. Went for nearly 2 days before discovering how the lamps in the living room worked. Hot water to cold water upstairs is backwards. No extra blankets, so bring your own. We bought bath mats because there was none and the tile floor gets slippery. Broken soap dish in shower, causing sharp edge. The back porch area is nice but was nervous to enjoy time out there because of the appearance of the furniture. Things were just thrown on top of the fireplace mantle. Justin is responsive through what seems to be an AI assistant. We left the bath mats for future guests as it seems to be a consistent complaint. We also left some fall decor for the season. It is also up 2 flights of stairs where he claims to have a nice view with chairs, but you’re looking at all the other homes. It’s a condo, not a chalet. Would return if issues were addressed properly, bc it has potential.

Great communication with host. Condo was very clean and has everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Location terrific, minutes from the Gatlinburg walking area and GSMNP. Highly recommend.

Was a very nice stay, great location. Close to town but away from all the traffic. I had 2 kids under 2 with us and appreciated the kids things that were provided.

My family had a great trip here! The house was clean, they supplied all of the basics and it was a quiet location away from any chaos yet close to the main attractions. Great communication and quick response when GPS took us on a bit of a run around (do not turn onto Barren), the turn is just before it! Overall fantastic experience!
