Our beautiful 2 BD, 2 Bath condo (sleeps 7) is conveniently located in the gorgeous town of Gatlinburg, where you are just minutes away from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and the best of all the activities, entertainment, and restaurants the Smokies have to offer! Our fully furnished mountain condo is nestled in a quiet community with gorgeous forest views and plenty of amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Hurry - pack your bags! Fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances for making breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout your stay. All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are there for you to take advantage of. We also have a coffee maker so bring your favorite grounds!

★ OUTDOOR LIVING★
Spacious screened in porch with forest views (perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine!); Our community also includes an outdoor community pool (seasonal) and a game room (operations dependent upon local Covid requirements)

★ GENERAL★
Complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, free WiFi, air conditioning, central heat

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

Will never rent through Aveda had host again. Hour and half away from our checkin time and 3 hours from home, we were contacted that previous renters had not checked and couldn't be contacted, which is not the fault of management. But we were offered a temporary property 30minutes from our destination with original propert y ready for occupation by noon of next day—-it was not. Then we were another property or the opportunity to stay in temp location - again 30 minutes away. Met another group renti g through same management thst travelled 7 hours and they also had been moved — twice- because their property wasn’t ready. All very frustrating to unpack, pack up, move, unpack - took away time from our already short vacation.

My family had a great trip here! The house was clean, they supplied all of the basics and it was a quiet location away from any chaos yet close to the main attractions. Great communication and quick response when GPS took us on a bit of a run around (do not turn onto Barren), the turn is just before it! Overall fantastic experience!

This condo was conveniently located near Gatlinburg and close to great hiking spots, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. There is one flight of stairs up to the condo, but it was easy to manage. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing a bear—such a memorable experience!
