Situated on the north end of Anna Maria Island, The Sandy Rose is the perfect location for your next getaway! This 4 bedroom 3 bath property is a beautiful escape from the daily grind. The gorgeous pool, large patio with tv and sectional, and putting green create a picturesque outdoor space for the entire family to enjoy. The open concept design brings the whole group together when relaxing after a long day on the beach. The fully stocked kitchen has abundant space on the gorgeous stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and 2 sinks. The Sandy Rose boasts two private master ensuites, one with an added kitchenette area for additional privacy. Take in the lovely island breeze while relaxing on one of the two outdoor balconies or enjoy a meal al fresco poolside. The gorgeous white sand gulf beaches that Florida is famous for are only a short 5 minute walk from your door step! Take a stroll down to Pine Avenue to visit the charming local shops and restaurants, and check out the Anna Maria Pier. The free Anna Maria Trolley has a stop conveniently located at the pier and will take you anywhere you want to go on the island. At the end of the day, enjoy the best view of the sunset from the famous Bean Point Beach which is just 3 blocks from the Sandy Rose. So, grab your flip flops and enjoy vacationing on an island known for its old Florida charm and Southern hospitality.

Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Our party of 7 was super happy with this well-equipped House-from croquery to beach chairs, umbrella, even air-fryer: everything worked perfect for us. Especially the location between two beaches is marvellous!

Family Vacay

We loved the house the only thing that would make the pool area better would be a bathroom and a mini fridge downstairs my parents are getting older and had to keep going upstairs to the bathroom. It's a beautiful Island!

Well equipped and perfect for a family of different ages

The home was very clean and organized. Easy to find anything we needed. There is a thoughtful floor plan to accommodate private spaces when needed and communal gatherings as well. Kids loved the pool and would get out of bed in the morning go and go straight to the pool. The pool and beach supplies were very much appreciated! Location was ideal for using all the beach access points.

Great Location

THE GOOD:This home is in a great location. Close to the beach and a short walk to stores and restaurants.The neighborhood is quiet.The private pool and outdoor living area is a huge bonus. The kitchen is well stocked and although the owner does not provide beach supplies there were chairs, kids toys, inflatables, swimming noodles and an umbrella at the property. THE NOT SO GOOD:The furnishings show more wear and tear than I am used to and the sitting area in the upstairs suite had no furniture at all which was odd.

Fall Break

Beautiful home on a beautiful Island. We had an issue with a door alarm which was taken care of immediately by management. Top floor master bedroom took over 24 hours to cool down but was pleasant after that.
