This home brings the best of both worlds. It's perched on the side of a mountain, with access to a challenging hiking trail right in the neighborhood, and yet it's just 1.5 miles from charming Golden. There's an impressive walking/biking trail network that you can access from the neighborhood, too! Shopping and dining abound in adorable Golden. The Clear Creek weaves it's way through town for tubing fun in the summer. We're located at the gateway to the Rockies. There's so much to do and see!

My family currently lives in Golden, Colorado, however, we've lived all over the country. We're avid travelers and have a good understanding of what people are looking for when booking a rental property, as we stay in them often! Please contact me with any questions and I'd be happy to help.
Why they chose this property
We've lived all over the country and have never been in a location that offers as much variety of activities as the Golden, Colorado area. We're located 20 minutes from Denver and 25 from Boulder. You can enjoy day trips to so many amazing places from our home. Rocky Mountain National Park can make for a great day trip from our property! The hiking, biking, dining, sightseeing opportunities are seemingly endless.
What makes this property unique
Our home offers amazing views and a quiet location all within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home itself is very large with 5 bedrooms, an office, a game room and much, much more. The home is located in a lovely residential neighborhood in a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood's location can't be beat. There is a lovely park with a playground, huge field and walking trail in the neighborhood as well as a challenging hike accessible right from a neighborhood trailhead. It's hard to find a house with so much access to hiking and biking and outdoor adventure, while also being so close to Main Street, Golden.
