Inside, the spacious living area (fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge) on the ground floor, bathed in light, forms the heart of the house. Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms: - Yellow Room: double bed (140x190cm), sitting area, private bathroom (shower and sink). This room opens onto the summer kitchen. - Red Suite: queen bed (160x200cm), two single bunk beds (90x190cm), sitting area, private bathroom (shower, bathtub, and sink). - White Room with Desk: double bed (140x190cm) and single bed (90x190cm). - White Room: double bed (140x190cm) and single bed (90x190cm). There is an additional shared bathroom for the white rooms. One toilet per floor. Each bedroom has reversible air conditioning (plus electric heating), and there is a pellet stove in the living room. The owner's private section is adjacent to this gîte. Electricity is provided by solar panels. Dishwasher and washing machine detergents are homemade and eco-friendly. The cottage accommodates a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children, due to the bunk beds. Outside, the property extends over 18 hectares to be explored freely: meadows, trees, and open landscapes invite you to stroll and unwind. The swimming pool promises unforgettable moments of relaxation, while the summer kitchen and shaded terrace become favorite gathering places to enjoy local produce. The swimming pool (round, in-ground, 5m in diameter, open from May to September depending on the weather) and the summer kitchen are located on the owner's private side of the property; these facilities, like the garden, are therefore shared with them.
