Welcome to Oasis Beach Haven! The perfect luxury home for your vacation. This property is a guest favorite for everyone. With less than a 1 minute walk you arrive at one of the best beaches in all of south Florida. Birch State Park joins the back of the property, giving you peace and beautiful nature scenery. Kayak, paddle-board, or canoe the lagoon from right in the backyard; all included.

Oasis Beach Haven sleeps 14 total guests: 10 adults and up to 4 children under the age 12.

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the property. 2 small closets are locked for cleaning storage.

Guests have access to full driveway; can fit up to 8 standard sized cars.

Interaction with guests:

The property manager or one of his direct assistants will always be available for any guests needs relating to the property and their stay.

Other details to note:

Maximum adults 10 plus up 4 children for a maximum of 14 guests

The host is available nearly 24/7 with any black-out times being disclosed at check-in.

All guests are required to follow local ordinances and request all neighbors at all times.

Pets are allowed however they must be disclosed, and pet cleaning fee must be paid so deep cleaning is covered for future guests. No exceptions.

Reservations over Holidays; specifically, Christmas & New Years have a 12-night minimum if you want both Holidays or a 6-night minimum if you choose one or the other. Please send a request to the host with any questions or clarification.

Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Outside grill was great! Pool was perfect in temperature. Nearby beach was amazing! With 10 of us there, we never got in each other’s way! Beautiful and very spacey home! We already miss being there!

Perfect family vacation

The house & location were perfect for our family of 5 adults & 5 children. Everyone loved the pool, kayaks, mini golf and the quick walk to the beach. The location was private & quiet. It was nice to have pool toys, wagons, umbrellas, chairs & beach toys. Daniel was easy to contact & quickly responded to all of our needs. Our stay was wonderful & we highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation

Excellent location and nice home! Daniel, the property manager, was very responsive. We had two families with 10 guest and the house easily supported our group. Would have given it 5 starts, but when we arrived, the grass and pool needed cleaned up. I would expect that to happen prior to our arrival, but as I stated above, Daniel quickly took care of both of these issues.

Great family reunion spot

Perfect location near beach and state park. House accommodated 14 people including 3 small children. Kitchen, common areas and outdoor space were great. Loved the pool and beach toys and equipment. The visiting Muscovy ducks made a bit of a mess on the deck and racoons made disposal of garbage difficult. The hostess very responsive and even brought us baby gates. We would return to this property!

Had to rent a house in FTL large enough for two families and for entertaining my extended family and friends for a Shiva following a funeral. The house accommodated two families with 5 college-age kids and my mother, totaling 10 people. Daniel was great with the communication and instructions, and when we needed a server/housekeeper for the Shiva, he recommended Marianna who changed her schedule to help us. The setting behind Birch State Park was amazing. There were enough separate seating areas where nobody was on top of each other and had room to separate. Under the circumstances, we had a great experience and feel fortunate the house was available when we needed it. I look forward to staying there again under better circumstances.

Amazing House and Experience

Beautiful house with plenty of space and an incredible backyard lagoon. Very easy walk to the beach about three minutes away. Property manager is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. We had no issues with our stay. Definitely recommend this property.

Great location. Great house for a group.

The location of this property was wonderful. It was close to the beach and backing up to the park gives you a ton of privacy. The home was very well appointed. There are two refrigerators, which gives you a ton of storage space for a big group. The property managers were very helpful. Our flights came in early, and they were very accommodating in meeting us a couple of hours before our check in time.

Wonderful house and location

If it hadn’t been for hiccups caused by property changing hands shortly before our visit it would be 5* all the way. Our family group of 8 adults and 4 children had a brilliant holiday. Highly recommended.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From swimming in the pool to kayaking in the river behind the house to the very short walk to the beach it was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Most of the soaps were provided. There are beach towels, a beach wagon, chairs and sand toys. There are also some pool toys provided.

Terrific Home in Close to Beach

We were a group of 10 women in desperate need of a weekend away, and this property was perfect! It is a short block to a large sandy beach, plus the house has a lovely pool in a very private backyard that abuts a nature preserve - so the backyard view is lovely complete with heron (or was it an egret?) and ducks. There are beach chairs and towels, inflatible toys, and a beach wagon in the garage. There was plenty of space both inside and outside to sit and chat comfortably. Each bedroom was well appointed and very clean. And the wi-fi worked great. After a quick Uber to Publix, the local grocery store, we cooked meals in the kitchen, which was large enough to have all10 of us buzzing around - and the dining room table fit us all. The main refrigerator is in need of repairs but there is a second full sized refrigerator/freezer in the garage, which the host stocked with bags of ice, which was much appreciated. All in all this is a great property that I would recommend!

Excellent location

Excellent location with a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach and it backs up to a waterway that was conducive for kayaking and canoeing. Owner/manager was very responsive there some minor issues since the house had just gone through a remodel but overall a pleasant experience.

Great bang for the buck

Everything is right within walking distance. Owner was extremely responsive and the house was perfect as a group of 10 guys and I went down for fishing and beach. Highly reccomend and will be back!

Great host, Great location.

We went down with a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was very flexible. We had another host chance on us the week before our trip and found this property last minute and it was a blessing in disguise. The host let us do an early check in since all our flights got in early. The location was great, less than a block to beach and not far from the night life.

Great location!

Wonderful location. We loved seeing so many great animals on our many canoe rides. The beach was 500 feet away and was never crowded. House needs some updates but we all slept well. Very quiet area. Adding some cards, games, dishes and silverware would be helpful to accommodate groups of 12.

This place was in an ideal location, end of a cul de sac quiet street, short walk to the beach and abutting the nature preserve. The canoe (only one paddle however) was nice to tour the waterway. The pedestrian entrance to the park is about a half mile away, however. Taylor-Birch park is a gem and well worth the walk/ jog. The place is a bit worn and dated though clean and overall fine. The balcony is closed off and unsafe. The outdoor patio is partly covered and the view is gorgeous. The pool is very private and nice. Overall, great time and experience. Would rent again!
