DISCOUNTED 2026 RATES! AMAZING VIEW to pool & ocean - 2 BED/2BATH UPDATED CONDO!

This high end, spacious, 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located in one of the most popular villa complexes on the South end of Hilton Head.

Our updated villa includes southern shutters throughout, and all new flooring. No carpet!!! The living room provides upscale, new furniture, which has comfortable seating, to include a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining area seats 6. Our updated kitchen is well stocked for those guests who like to eat in.

This villa includes a new, full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Relax on our private balcony and enjoy the amazing views of one of Hilton Head's award winning beaches. Balcony furnishings include a table, 4 chairs, and 1 lounge chair. Balcony has access from both Living Room and Master Bedroom.

The master suite includes a King size bed, private bath, with a tub shower combination. There is also access to our private balcony. The guest bedroom includes a king bed with access to an updated bathroom, to include a tub/shower combination.

Shorewood is a gated community with a brand new pool complex that features a seasonally heated ( March/April and Oct./Nov.), zero entry pool. The pool complex also includes a hot tub and a children's pool. Beach access has coded gate.

The Shorewood complex is located approximately 300 yards from Coligny Plaza, where our guests can walk or bike over and enjoy the specialty shops, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and entertainment. Enjoy the miles of bike trails where you can enjoy the lush landscape and wildlife that Hilton Head has to offer,.

When booking, please ask about how to get discounts for bike rentals. No Pets allowed at the Shorewood complex. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. Let us know, at booking, if you need the pullout linen. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.

Our unit had a coffee machine percolator style. The bedding and white bath towels are wonderful. The unit is beautiful and clean. It has a lot of cutlery.If you do not bring all your beach equipment, there is beach equipment.

Fantastic week in Hilton Head — everything we needed and more!We spent a wonderful week at this condo and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We had 5 adults and my daughter said the pull out sofa bed was the most comfortable bed she has slept in for a pull out. The location was a highlight. We loved the area, and being so close to the beach made our days easy and relaxing. The community pool was a great spot to unwind, and we appreciated how secure and well-maintained the whole community felt.Communication with the property manager was excellent from start to finish—responsive and helpful from the moment we booked all the way through our stay. That kind of attention made everything stress-free.We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Perfect vacation! We will return to Shorewood and rent again from Christian. It is a perfect location, place was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, loved the security features on the grounds as well. We walked to everything. Beautiful pool and located on the beach with direct access. We had an issue with the dryer and Christian came and fixed it himself right away. It was perfect!

Christian was great at responding and communicating. We were happy with the cleanliness. The pool was nice and large but it was still difficult to get an area that had an umbrella. If you don’t like rules, you probably wouldn’t like this location. There are lots of rules posted throughout. One of which is no reserving seats at the pool, which was a joke. People are always reserving spots at the pool. We could see the ocean from our room but we were still a little further back than we expected. The clothes dryer in the room gave us real problems. Taking 2-4 hours to dry a load. Not how we want to spend our vacation. But Christian said they are aware of the issues and have contacted contractors to correct this problem hopefully soon. Overall pretty good value for the discounted price we paid. And the beds were comfortable if sleeping well is high on your priority list!

We stayed with another couple at this lovely condo. We were impressed with the location and cleanliness, and the spaciousness. Beach access was so easy and convenient, and the complex was quiet and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was very clean and has beautiful views of the ocean and pool. Very accessible to both as well. It’s walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The host is very nice and easy to contact if necessary. The only negative is there was only one towel and one wash cloth per person so we had to go buy some in order to not have to do laundry every night. The dryer took multiple times to get our laundry dry and they were medium to small loads. As part of the departure we were told to wash and dry all towels and wash clothes. We go on vacation at least a couple of times every year and have never had to wash and dry the towels prior to checking out. As much as you pay to stay in any place this should be done by the cleaners. In order to have this done we did that load of laundry the night before leaving and had to make sure we had plenty of paper towels to dry our hands with. Overall it’s a great location with beautiful views.

Wonderful condo with everything you need. Great location near restaurants, grocery and specialty shops. Great view of pool and ocean. Property is well kept and easy to walk to the beach. One of the few locations that offer two parking passes per unit as well as king beds in both rooms. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Family vacation

The property was as advertised. We enjoy the view from the patio and the pool was a nice option. It was nice to be directly on the beach so we could come and go whenever we wanted to without getting in the car. We also enjoyed the washer and dryer, which made packing easier. Lots of grocery stores, nearby and things to do on the island. If we are coming to Hilton head again I would definitely consider staying there.
