Over 3000 SF of modern coastal living space. Beautiful hardwood floors downstairs, lots of windows and furnished in a contemporary beach style. Home has great amenities such as smart TV's, bikes, beach towels, heated outdoor shower, golf cart, cappuccino maker, ice maker, and more.

On the first floor:
The Smart TV entertainment center serves as the centerpiece to an open concept living room. The adjoining kitchen offers a pantry, high-end quartz countertops, Café appliances, ice maker, liquor cabinet and an island breakfast bar that seats 4. Full size washer and dryer located on this level.

The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, large walk in closet, TV and a door to the outside. It's en suite bathroom includes an oversized tub and 2 sinks. Master closet is big enough for a pack n' play (or two!) The 2nd bedroom on this floor also boasts a king bed and full bathroom with a pocket door at hallway entrance to make room a 2nd master. This 2nd full bathroom has a step in shower with grab bar.

On the second floor:
Featured are the 3rd bedroom (king) & 4th bedroom with a queen - both with smart TVs. The 3rd bathroom is located on this level in addition to a sitting area with full pullout sleeper sofa.

On the third floor:
This home also has a third floor crow's nest with 365 degree rooftop views and glimpse of the Gulf. There are 2 full beds in this 5th bedroom along w/ Smart TV.

The furnished porches, including a screened porch, make for great places to relax during the day or in the evening. Cornhole boards and ring game for fun and games. You'll enjoy the convenience of an outdoor propane grill, a covered front porch, & long driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. Parking is strictly enforced by security and parking passes must be purchased by guest. (We will pay for one of those for you!)

Jen was very responsive to any of our questions and the listing was very accurate. It was a wonderful place for several families sharing. The golf cart made it easy to get to both pools and the beach. The house is centrally located between both pools-It was a 2-5 minute walk otherwise. The “touch stay” app was very informative and helpful. We had a WONDERFUL time in this lovely and safe private community.

Good Medicine is aptly named

This home was perfect for our family. Our children and our grandchildren were able to come during different weeks that matched their spring breaks. Good Medicine has a lovely kitchen and very comfortable beds. The community is beautiful and beach access easy. We were impressed with how peaceful and quiet the beach was. Jennifer was a very responsive host. We would love to return.

Full family getaway

We had our first beach trip with all adults and kids/ grandkids. With a total of 14 ( 8 adults, 6 kids) we had tons of room in this house. The rooms were a great size, bathrooms were modern, and the house was STOCKED with everything. The kitchen has anything and everything you could ever need. This house was amazing and everything we had hoped for. There was a slight plumbing / pump issue the last day there and within minutes of texting the owner, a maintenance crew was there and had it fixed within the hour. The garage had every beach item imaginable as well. We will be staying again!

Great Labor Day Weekend

We had a great time. This property fit 3 families comfortably. Clean home with everything you need. The beverage fridge in the garage was great to have use of. Pool was only a 2 minute walk and the beach took just another minute. Since it’s a private community and private beach it was never crowded anywhere. We ate most meals at the home and the kitchen has everything you’ll need. Publix grocery deli every was definitely a good way to start the trip. The screened in porch was great to relax on. Two large trash cans in the kitchen was very helpful with a big group. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great everywhere.
