Large, fully renovated house for 10 people, with a terrace and garden. The accommodation: - Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils - Washing machine, ironing board and iron - 4 bedrooms: 4 queen-size beds + a sofa bed in the living room (travel cot available on request) - TV/Wi-Fi, workspaces with desks - Garden: terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, table and chairs - Bed linen and towels included during your stay stay

- 20 min walk from Place de la République
- 2 min walk from Le Mans train station
- 15 min drive from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit
- 5 min walk from the tram: 5 min tram ride to the city centre, 20 min to the circuit
- 5 min walk: Butcher, Bakery, tobacconist, Carrefour City

- The accommodation is ideally located near the train station and the city centre. The tramway provides direct access to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. - The house has a private parking space under a carport (Max VW Tiguan). - The house has a private garage for storing your motorcycles (2), caravans, bicycles... - The house has a private parking space (5m*4m) in the basement 250m from the house for an additional fee.
