Beautiful house with heated pool 15 minutes from Deauville Located just 12 km from Deauville, it offers excellent amenities in a lush green setting of 2000 m². • Heated pool (5x10 m) — Open from 01/05/2026 for the season. • 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 in total, including: • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed • 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet. • 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. • WIFI • Large, bright living room • Heated swimming pool. • No exact depth, exceeds 2 metres at its deepest point. (Open May - closes end of September) • ⚠️ Please note: Level -1 with 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom is temporarily unavailable. ⚠️ Parties are not allowed. We wish to maintain good relations with the neighbors.

Great property. We stayed here with our kids and also grand parents in a group of 6. Kelly and Mathieu were incredibly responsive to all our requests and the house is perfect for what we were looking for as a base in Normandy. The pool was lovely and refreshing, even in slightly colder weather. The place was clean and the rooms well sized. Would highly recommend.
