1ᵉ floor:
- A bedroom with two single beds.
- A shower room with shower and washing machine.

The property is located in a quiet, pleasant area of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, within easy reach of the sea and nature reserves. The environment is particularly appreciated for its peacefulness, ideal for recharging your batteries while remaining close to all amenities.

A 10-minute drive will take you to the marina and the town centre, with its restaurants, cafés, local market and seasonal entertainment.

What to do :
- The beaches of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo are easily accessible: swimming, lazing around, water sports (sailing, paddle, kayaking) or even fishing at low tide.
- Walks and hikes along the GR34 footpaths to the Pointe de la Garde and Pointe de Saint-Cast, which run along the coast and offer exceptional views of the sea and cliffs.
