🚭Smoking is prohibited inside the house. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. If we find even the slightest trace or residue (odour, burn marks, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.

🚫No parties or gatherings to maintain the peace and quiet of the property
