With their unique birdhouse accommodations and proximity to the ocean, guests can enjoy a vibrant city atmosphere while also indulging in a peaceful and memorable stay.



The Space:

Southwinds Inn Queen Studio #4 for 2 is fully equipped with a kitchen, including queen size memory foam mattresses. It also includes one parking space, free WiFi, and cable TV. Located just steps from the world-famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, you can enjoy the magical turquoise ocean and miles of white sandy beaches. Additionally, we are a pet-friendly property upon request and additional fee.



Guest Access:

The rental comes with amenities such as a barbecue, terrace, and laundry facilities.

Guests can choose to have daily cleaning services for an additional fee. Linens, beach, and bath towels are provided, but there is no daily maid service.



Charges will apply for any stolen or damaged linens or towels at the end of the stay. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are provided, but their replenishment is not guaranteed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided, and broken items can be replaced upon request.

Excellent location, clean, reasonably priced. Neat little place and would stay again! Little noisy but it was spring break and expected such. No issues at all.

Enjoyable Getaway

Nicolas is super communicative, which is great for check-in. The room was very clean. The bathroom is old Florida, which we found cool. The pictures make it bigger than it is, but we were very comfortable. The best thing is that the room is ~half a block (short walk) to the beach and several blocks south of dining & drinking

Unit was as advertised. Close proximity to beach. Nice to have provided parking space. Only negative was bathroom sink backed up and tub had some age.

Perfect for one traveler

Small clean well supplied unit, close to the beach. Beach chairs appreciated. Some trouble with the TV the first night, no one answered my call regarding this. Luckily a young man working on the property got things squared away.

Host was responsive - we had some issues in the beginning with parking and cleaning staff was not yet finished, but Nicholas was able to help us resolve it. Overall it's a clean and adequately supplied rental. We really liked the location (just steps from the beach), and having parking which is definitely a plus for this area. Great rental for the price. A few small touches could make it even better.
