This is a perfect house for those who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood, enjoy the convenience of being on the canal with 4 Kayaks and 1 canoe having access to endless outdoor activities. This is a spacious 3/2 home. The backyard is set up for gatherings with outdoor grilling and eating in screened in lanai. Kitchen and bathroom essentials, 3- smart TVâs, washer/dryer and Wifi. Owner does not take any liability for use of the kayaks and canoe.
