Birthday weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay in this cabin. Everything was as mentioned. The owners were very pleasant and very quick to respond. The property was very accommodating with great amenities. The outdoor fireplace was the main attraction since it was rainy. Will definitely book this cabin again!

GREAT weekend getaway!!

My daughter wanted somewhere for our supper club group to go for her birthday weekend - she found this place and we LOVED it!!! Close to hiking for those of us who wanted to be outside, hot tub for relaxing each evening... great space for us to all hang out and play games.... views from the deck were breathtaking each morning for the early risers :) And the outdoor fireplace was WONDERFUL! It is a dirt road up to the house - but it is very easy to manage - parking area was easy for all of us to navigate!

Amazing Time

Family met up for a relaxing experience. It met our expectations. The fireplace on the porch was a great experience. We made use of the outside grill. The Jacuzzi water changed colors. A cozy place to spend time with family. The host was very responsive every time I had a question or concern. Thank You

Birthday Weekend Getaway

This property was amazing & well equipped. Perfect for large groups & team building. It snowed while we were there so the views were amazing. In all honesty, we didn’t leave the kitchen/living room areas. However the hot tub, pool table, & fire pit was the initial draw. A few things to note… we couldn’t get the television in the lower bedroom to work, the doorknob to the wraparound porch from the den was wobbly, & the lower bathroom shower needed cleaning a little better. Wonderful Experience!

I booked this cabin for a couple's trip, and we truly enjoyed. The view was beautiful, we had the perfect amount of space for social time as well as privacy, and the guys LOVED the game room. We stayed at this cabin during the winter storm Cora, and the day of checkout, we got stuck in the neighborhood. Vinh was extremely kind and accommodating; he Instacarted a shovel to us so we could clear the driveway, he sent Maintenace to help with any issues and even gave us a complimentary night due to the unforeseen circumstance. The residents in the neighborhood were also very kind and gathered together to help us get home the following day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family Spring Break Trip

We had a great time staying at the cabin. There were 4 different families staying in the house with ages ranging from 1-70. Everyone had more than enough room to sleep, play, and hang out. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony, and the kids loved the hot tub, pool table, and games. We had basically everything we needed in the house to cook many of our meals. Communication with Vinh was quick and easy. After we left, we were informed that we left behind some clothes in one of the dressers. Vinh worked with us to get the clothes returned as we live out of state. We are so grateful that he went the extra mile to get those back to us! We definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a bigger group looking for a place in the mountains.

This letter serves as a formal complaint and request for resolution regarding our recent stay at your property. The cabin we rented was not as advertised, and the number of deficiencies encountered during our stay resulted in a significantly diminished experience. Based on the condition of the property, the inaccurate listing information, and the maintenance failures, I believe the property was misrepresented at the time of booking.Although the check-in process itself was not difficult, the condition of the cabin was not consistent with the description or photos provided in the listing. The property is in need of substantial updating and repair. The shower pressure on the second floor was extremely poor and made normal use difficult. Most concerning, the cabin did not have heat on the first night of our stay, which created an unacceptable and uncomfortable situation for my entire group. An HVAC company was sent out the following day and replaced the thermostat, confirming that the issue existed prior to our arrival and should have been resolved before the property was rented to guests.Additionally, several parts of the cabin are visibly worn and in need of replacement, including the kitchen cabinets and multiple interior doors. The furniture currently in the cabin does not match the furniture shown in the online listing. The sofa and other furnishings are outdated and inconsistent with the photos used to advertise the property.

Tucked away cabin

Cabin is comfortable but had some odd design issue. Kitchen was too small weird step between family and kitchen. Stair case steps very narrow. Several light fixtures do not match with the rustic decor. Dirt road up to house was a little challenging. House does not provide extra towels. Landlord was very responsive. We expected more considering what we spent on the rental. Recommendations remove panty extend kitchen and remove video games center waste of space does not work.

Family Vacation
