Set in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg, close to all shopping, antique malls, the Fredericksburg walking paths, breweries/wineries, restaurants and the Rappahannock river, you're really going to enjoy your stay. Make memories with your family and friends in this historic landmark!

This is a beautiful unit set in an old historic church that is over 150 years old. This unit has a separate entrance at the back of the church with designated parking. It is 3 levels with an antique spiral staircase leading down to the large open living area downstairs. The downstairs living area also serves as the second bedroom with a daybed, pull out couch bed, dedicated closet, and it's own exterior access. There is a small deck/balcony off the level with the main bedroom. It has a completely remodeled interior with new modern decor. This unit has brand new kitchen, appliances, and original old hardwood flooring.

The location is fantastic. Everything was clean and well kept. The only suggestion I have is a ceiling fan and sound machine in the bedroom, but that’s just personal preference!

This was a great spot for visiting Fredericksburg. Clean, unique layout and a beautiful spiral staircase! The only issue we ran into was that it is not a 2 bedroom as listed. Luckily we had an air mattress for another guest.

Perfect location!

This is the perfect location for exploring historic downtown Fredericksburg. Just blocks away from the train station and from quaint shops and eateries, not to mention the Rappahannock River. We loved staying here!
