The apartment is just a 5-minute drive from Conleau beach and about 1.5 km from the historic centre of Vannes, the port and the ramparts. The pier for the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan is also located about 5 minutes away by car. Shops can be found nearby.

The accommodation is well laid out and consists of 2 bright rooms: a comfortable lounge area and a sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed, separated from the living room by a partition.

You will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, SENSEO coffee maker and crockery.

The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. You will also find plenty of storage space and a balcony with a view of the greenery, pleasant to enjoy a quiet moment.
