Fantastisch

Heel fijn huis, goede locatie, alle voorzieningen voor een baby van 19 maanden waren perfect. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de tuin. Goede bedden. Hele goede service van de eigenaren en de chalet manager, huis was heerlijk schoon. Alles was aanwezig. Bedankt!

Super huisje

Zeer schoon, 3 sl kamers 2 badkamers goed uitgeruste keuken. Grote woonkamer, geen last van stroombeperking door de zonnepanelen, heerlijk verwarmd zwembad, prachtige tuin. Echt een aanrader en voor een betaalbare prijs.

Een huiselijk verblijf, prima communicatie

We hebben ons verblijf in het huis van Thomas en Claudia als zeer prettig ervaren. De lijnen met de verhuurders zijn kort en betrouwbaar. Ter plaatse verzorgen de aangestelde managers Tendai en Douglas je goed: je kunt altijd bij ze terecht. De locatie is super: dichtbij het strand en de winkels/ horeca van het pittoreske Hout bay. Vanaf deze locatie ben je ook snel in Kaapstad, zeker als je de spectaculaire kustweg pakt. De omgevjng, omgeven door bergen en groen, is sowieso een aanrader. Het huis is goed onderhouden met een lekker zwembad (wij waren er echter in de winter). Er zijn drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers en de keuken is niet super luxe maar alles is aanwezig. Vooral het superieure cappucino direct apparaat van Delonghi was een eyecatcher. Al met al een prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding en een superuitvalsbasis voor kaapstad en omgeving. En een veilige buurt met strakke private security. Met een gerust hart te boeken!
