The house is professionally cleaned and maintained, and professional pest control is performed on a regular schedule. However, we cannot guarantee a completely bug-free indoor or outdoor environment. Seasonal conditions and critters can change daily, so please keep doors and screens closed when possible, exterior lights off when possible, and come prepared to enjoy everything that comes with being close to the water and nature :) **** If you plan on using Agency Lake for any type of recreation during your stay, please check any advisories on the lake before you book. Please note that if you make a booking in winter for a summer stay, the status of the lake can change. We do not own or maintain the lake, and our guests use it at their own risk :)
