An ideal place to recharge, spend time together, and enjoy a simply magical setting. Treat yourself to a peaceful getaway in an exceptional natural setting. This wooden cabin, which can accommodate up to 11 people (with extra beds), invites you to enjoy a pristine setting spanning over one hectare, nestled between a wooded park, a river, and a charming old mill. Outside, you’ll also enjoy the beautiful, fenced-in wooden deck, which offers an unobstructed view of the park. A plot of land measuring approximately 1,000 m², directly adjoining the cabin, is crossed by a shallow stream—which, however, requires constant vigilance and parental supervision. Near the mill, the stream gives way to the Miouze River, which is deeper and has a stronger current. The presence of water therefore requires constant supervision of children and increased responsibility on the part of accompanying adults. A playground with a swing is also available for use under parental supervision. The ground floor of the cottage is laid out as follows: - a bedroom with a 140-cm bed and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet (accessible to people with limited mobility) - a kitchen (accessible to people with limited mobility) - a living area with a sofa bed (extra sleeping space) - a separate toilet in the entryway - a fenced-in patio On the ground floor: - a bathroom with a toilet - a bedroom with two 90-bed beds - two adjoining bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140-bed and one bedroom with two 90-beds - an extra sleeping space in the hallway For your convenience, an outdoor parking area that can accommodate up to 5 vehicles is available. An outdoor electrical socket is available for charging electric vehicles (€50 per week). A garage can also be provided upon request. For fishing enthusiasts, the river is classified as Category 1 (fishing licence required). Dogs are welcome. Please note that the owners, who live nearby, also have a dog that roams freely in the area. It is therefore preferable that your dog be sociable so you can fully enjoy this environment.
