It’s a large house with 5 bedrooms and a private swimming pool in the best location. Rare times you can walk from your farmhouse to the beach. The country house offers plenty of space inside, starting with the elegant entrance area. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 of them en suite. Two bedrooms have a small living room with TV. Extra beds can be added to accommodate a total of 12 people.

On the first floor is a fully equipped bathroom, one bathroom on the ground floor with a sink and an additional outdoor bathroom next to the swimming pool.
The spacious living room and kitchen with dishwasher and pantry offer much comfort. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, a space of 40m² for barbecue, a large porch, a terrace for sunbathing by the pool and a barbecue area outside. It is a place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The interior of the property is furnished with an elegant and modern style. It also has two safes and a massage stream in the pool. The large carport allows space for 3-4 cars. From the first floor you can enjoy the incredible views to the sea.

What to expect in this Mallorca holiday home?
The accommodation is equipped with the following items:
garden, garden furniture, terrace, fireplace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, electric heating, private swimming pool, open-air parking in the same building, 1 fan, 3 TVs, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, German, English).
There are two kitchens, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
There is also a hair dryer, as well as a towel and bed linen change after 7 days included.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object.
