Eclectic & Spacious Guest Cottage (walk to downtown/pet friendly)

Eccentric décor and art adorn the walls of our guest cottage and outsider art is scattered through the gardens and buildings. This fully handicap accessible room & bath has a king-size bed flanked by nigh tables with lamps as well as dresser & closet space available for guest storage in the private master bedroom. This unit also has a living room with optional fold down queen-size Murphy Bed and kitchenette which includes a coffeemaker, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven and minifridge with freezer compartment. Kitchenette is stocked with cups, coffee mugs, a variety of wine glasses, small & large plates, bowls, silverware, basic cooking utensils & knives, baking sheet, pot & frying pan. Some basic spices & oil also provided for your convenience. Living area includes large wraparound couch with coffee table & Wall-mounted smart tv features streaming options including Roku, Netflix, Hulu etc. This unit features independent climate control that you can set to your comfort level of AC/heat with remote. The bathroom features handicap accessible sink with mirror and storage drawers, toilet with wall mounted accessibility bars, & Mrs. Meyers hand soap. Bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, qtips, makeup removal wipes, a hairdryer & first aid kit. Extra tissues, toilet paper and cleaning supplies also provided should you need them. The accessible shower is stocked with body wash, shampoo & conditioner and features an adjustable height wand shower head. Shower chair stored in linen closet for those who may need it. We also have a towel warmer available in the bathroom for a delightfully toasty finish to your shower! Your unit features both books & magazines including the locally printed Chatham mag, and other reading materials can be found in our free Little Library book swap in front of the cafe. Outside to the left of the front door is a small patio nook nestled between garden spaces designated exclusively for our cottage guests with vintage lawn furniture (seats 4) and a coffee table.
It is located within walking distance to downtown Pittsboro where you will find local breweries, bars, great restaurants, and shops. Pets are welcome with paid pet fee.

The space:
This B&B is an eco-friendly, socially conscious, arts oriented property with a busy on site café (yes, breakfast in café is included in your stay during regular cafe hours Wednesday-Sunday. Please update your host if any changes to your guest count occur as only the registered number of guests receive the complementary guest breakfast. Should extra guests want to join you in the cafe or if you would like to purchase additional breakfast/brunch items not included in the complementary menu (ie: deluxe menu items such as the Eggs Benedict, mimosas, etc) these can always be purchased separately in the cafe during business hours. The property features many options for outdoor seating with lovely views of our various gardens featuring seasonal blooms as well as multiple bird feeders & baths frequented by our feathered friends (as well as our bushy tailed squirrel friends!) & a hammock to enjoy the grounds. Outsider art is scattered throughout the garden and buildings. You're going to love it!
