Beautiful & spacious Studio + Loft, 2 Bathroom condo in Mammoth View Villas.
Sleeps 4-6. Located walking distance to the Village where you can take the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy the local shops & restaurants. If you don't want to walk, you can take the blue line shuttle out the front door to Canyon Lodge & the Village. Adjacent to the condo is a small forest area with great sledding!

Updated fall of 2020 with new vinyl flooring, doors, living room furniture & a fresh coat of paint throughout! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or BBQ your favorite meal on the propane BBQ. Snuggle up next to the fire and enjoy a movie or play a game of darts! There is a TV on each level along with a DVD/VCR player and a variety of movies to choose from. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the oversized deck. The condo has huge windows that let in ample sunlight and allow for amazing mountain and forest views from everywhere in the condo. Enjoy views of the Sierra instead of the neighbor next door! The complex has a rec room with sauna, ping pong table and outdoor spa. Tons of open area around the unit for the kids to sled and play in the snow! In the summer you are a short walk or bike to the new Lake Mary path that will take you to the Lakes Basin.

The loft has a queen bed and 2 twins. The living room has a queen sleep sofa. There are full bathrooms on both levels and a washer/dryer downstairs. Fast Wifi available as well.

Erin’s place was very homey, and we felt at home immediately. It had everything we needed for our seven-week stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed and couches were very comfortable. We loved having morning coffee on the sunny back deck while enjoying the mountain view through the trees. Despite being near the main road, it wasn't too noisy. The location was also fantastic—just a few minutes' walk to the Village and right across the street from the bike trail to the Lakes Basin. We appreciate Erin for being so responsive and addressing all of our concerns.Great value, wonderful place to stay long term in the summer! We highly recommend her place!

The place was perfect for our ski trip! Close to the Village Gondola & the Brewery. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was great! Plenty of cooking supplies to make food at home as well.

I would give 6 stars if I could!! Amazing host, amazing location, so clean and well kept. We had such an amazing trip. We will definitely be staying here again! We arrived 30 minutes early and the host let us check in before our designated time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This place is cute and its location is convenient as close to Mammoth Brewery and other nice restaurants and shops in town. The decoration is detail oriented and makes the place homey and cozy. The jacuzzi is great to use after a long day hiking or if relaxation is needed.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was perfect for our stay! My husband & I brought my 19 year old nephew to Mammoth for the first time and he loved playing darts, hanging out in the living room & kitchen, and we all loved the location. It was an easy, short to The Village restaurants and Gondola to Canyon Lodge.

Perfect Location for Mammoth Lakes

Great location, just as advertised. The condo is perfect for four people and we found everything to be in good working order and the place was very clean. I would definitely stay a second time.

My husband and I have lived in Huntington Beach, Ca our entire lives. We started going to Mammoth when we were kids and are yet to find a mountain that we love more! In our early 20's we would drive up to Mammoth every weekend in the winter. Finally, in 2008 we decided it was time to buy...

Why they chose this property

We looked at sooooo many properties and we choose this one because of the HUGE picture windows looking out to the Sierra. I wanted a condo with a cabin feel and this one was it! You look out to beauty and not your neighbor. The other thing we love about the condo is its location, location, location!! Once we arrive in Mammoth we don't like to drive and this condo is in an ideal location. We are a 5 minute walk to the Village and never have to fight the crowds getting a parking space.

What makes this property unique

Almost twice the size of the typical studio in Mammoth. There is a bathroom on both floors which is great and the vaulted ceilings make it feel much bigger. Did I mention the location!?!?!
