I am in the perfect spot in Augusta. The property is walking distance from the Masters Tournament and 12 min drive from the Peach Jam basketball tournament. Also located in the National Hill subdivision and surrounded by restaurants , grocery stores and only 1 mile from I-20. South Carolina, downtown and the medical division is an 8 minute drive away.

What makes this property unique

I have an outdoor full sized bed room with a fridge and microwave. The property has security and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood.
