About this property

A Room with a View: Beautiful Beachview Condominium

This spacious condo is one of the largest two bedroom units in Mainsail. It is our second home and we would like you to enjoy it with us. Our family has owned this condo since the mid-eighties, and we have enjoyed every minute of our time here. Unit 238 is on the third floor of beach front building #2 overlooking the White Sands and Blue Water of the lovely Gulf of America and Miramar Beach. View the gulf (from the balcony or living room) while watching the kids play in the Pool Area Complete with Water Fall and Large Hot Tub

This is our Beach House. We enjoy our time on the Beautiful
Beaches, but if you get the itch to shop/eat you are a short walk or car ride from Silver Sands Outlet Mall and many of Destin’s nicer restaurants. However, if you want to stay inside you can enjoy the newly decorated surroundings and incredible views. As an added bonus, if you want to cook at home, you can walk out to the New Grilling Patio (by the pool) while the kids enjoy the video game room. After dinner work off your meal in the workout area.

When you walk in the condo, you are at the beach. The master features a king bed with a spacious bathroom and Smart TV. It opens onto the balcony. The guestroom is decorated with twin beds, Smart TV, and plenty of closet and dresser space. Our living room is huge and has a large sectional and occasional chairs, Smart TV, and DVD player. The dining area offers a table with seating for 6 and breakfast bar. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and the cabinets and Corian counters add to your beach experience.

Wonderful property

Dawn was so quick to communicate all of our questions! This is a wonderful property and the location is absolutely the best ! Close to shopping and eateries. The beach was great and access to the beach chairs was a plus ! Definitely would stay here again ! Check-in was seamless .

Perfect location- clean and comfortable!

We had the best time staying at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect... just a short walk to the pool and beach and close to great restaurants and shopping! The view from the balcony was beautiful and made morning coffee extra special. The check-in process couldn't be easier, and the property manager was super responsive and helpful. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Wonderful Condo for a Young Family

The condo was lovely - perfect for our young family. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed and it was wonderful having 2 chairs at the beach. Dawn was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

One of the best

Mainsail has been our favorite place to stay during our annual trip for the past 26 years. Dawn's condo is by far one of our best places to stay. Very nice, clean, convenient and a well stocked kitchen. Pictures appropriately represent the condo. Appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs included in the condo price. Had the same great experience as others with Dawn's quick responses to inquiries. Will definitely stay here again. Dawn was very gracious, kind, friendly and helpful. One of the best hostesses that we've encountered.

Beautiful Condo on Miramar Beach

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Mainsail “Room with a View”. The condo was as described in the listing, most importantly it was clean when we arrived. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, as were the pillows. The beach chairs included with the condo were definitely a bonus! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a family friendly beach vacation.

Great location- steps to the beach! Location was quiet- close to everything but away from all the hustle and bustle. Condo was adequately stocked. The roll away beds were a pleasant surprise as we had a family of 5. I booked this place based on the high ratings of the hosts and other reviews, no disappointments!

beautiful stay at the Beach

Getting to the beach was just an elevator and boardwalk, away with no steps. The pool area was lovely. The condo was just as advertised on line. The condo had beautiful furnishings and all you wanted for every day use. We ate breakfast and lunch every day in the condo for this reason. The 6 seated table and 3 bar stools were a plus if you had friends for dinner!

Beautiful condo

Pictures were spot on. Great view of the beach and pool. The kiddie pool was a must for us. A lot of condos don’t have a separate area for the babies. Very quiet considering it was a holiday. Master suite was very comfortable and nice. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Amazing Find!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! We had an amazing time and Dawn was super helpful even when I had questions about Chinese take-out! Steps away from the non-crowded private beach and across the street from grocery! Perfect location for our little family. Thank you!

Great family property!

We really enjoyed this condo complex. The beach is very clean & not overly crowded. Parking was easy, and the facility was in good condition, including the pool area. The unit was nicely updated & included extras you don’t often get from larger property management companies such as beach toys and chairs, a keurig coffee machine, etc. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and left a binder of helpful information. Book with confidence!
