The cabin is even better than the pictures show. Comfy beds, a/c, several games, clean hot tub, brand new kitchen sponge offered, plenty of towels…all the things you want in a vacation rental but, sadly, don’t always get. We will definitely stay again.

Something for everyone here. Stocked with games, working AC, great grill and a Nordic hot tub. Master bedroom is terrific. Second time we have stayed here, it’s my go to in Angel fire. Kids love it. Close to the lake and not far from hiking trails (lady slipper).

We loved this place. Good price. Good location. Good patio and view. Kitchen had everything. Plenty of space for kids upstairs which was nice. Only complaint is that we booked a place that had AC because we stayed 1st week of August. Only part off the house had AC. Even with window open, 2 of the 4 rooms were hot. We would stay here again just not in July or August.

Mountain Retreat

Great location within driving distance to hiking, Taos, Eagles Nest Lake. Great views. Perfect for location for staying in as well. My family loved it!

Full of amenities

The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance we needed. Very clean, beds are comfortable. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The property management was very responsive and wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is comfortable for two families, four adults and four boys 10-12 years (which made the bunk room perfect). The family area around the fire place is smaller than it appears in the picture, but it worked ok for us. Everything worked except the TV in the bunk room. The two king beds are very comfortable. I do want to point out one king room is very much the master suite with lots more space and a fireplace. The other king bed room is small. With two families splitting evenly this has an impact on how you might split the cost. Also the 4th room with two twin beds is right in between the two king bed rooms, requiring you to walk through to get to the big master suite. Management is very friendly and gives out goody bags. The house was clean upon arrival. The outdoor space is beautiful and we even had 3 deer walk very close to our patio. They had back to back reservations and they still let us check in early which was very helpful.
