Easy check-in. House has a good location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. Steps everywhere. We are older but after 3 nights here we felt really old & our knees hurt. Probably fine for younger folks. Our grandsons liked it but the walking to the beach access (7 driveways further down the Circle) was ‘too far.’ Bedrooms were ok with space but fewer outlets than we needed to charge electronics & phones. Charming space but watch the gate on the second level deck if you have pets or toddlers to confine. No view of the ocean even from the top deck.
We enjoyed this house. My husband and I appreciated the privacy of the apartment over the garage and we loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen was pretty tight; it was hard to have more than one person doing anything in it but we made do and had a great time. This house doesn't have direct beach access like many others on the street do so it is a bit of a walk to the public access but then the beach was super quiet and we had lots of space. I think a keypad would be a nice upgrade though and we were a little disappointed that there weren't any beach chairs to use. But the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are super nice.
