Located at the entrance to the coastal town of Fouesnant, it's ideally situated just 5 minutes from the beaches, the trails of the Penfoulic forest, and local delicacies like apples, cider, and Breton crêperies. This lovely house offers a modern and comfortable setting and has recently been awarded a 3-star tourist accommodation rating. It opens onto an entrance hall that leads to the first floor rooms. To the right, a bright living room includes a coffee table, a large sofa and armchair, as well as a television and Wi-Fi. Next is the dining area with a table, four chairs, a sideboard, and French doors opening onto a large terrace. To your left, you'll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. You also have a pantry adjoining the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. A first toilet is located near the main entrance. A staircase leads from the living room to the two upstairs bedrooms. Each has a double bed (160cm) and a single bed (140cm). The first bedroom also has a large wardrobe/dressing room.
