Private owner on private land renting out a 28m² mobile home since 2004. It features two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds placed side-by-side and in the centre. The living area is air-conditioned and includes a TV, Wi-Fi, an electric oven, a microwave, a gas hob, and a refrigerator with three freezer drawers. There is a bathroom with a shower and sink in one room, and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a 40m² shaded terrace with a view of the Thau Lagoon. A table with four chairs and two sun loungers are provided (see attached photos).
