This is an amazing 3 BD/2BA property with a fenced-in back yard and a private heated pool. The pictures and description were EXACTLY as described! The home was impecably clean, tastefully decorated with simplicities and everything we needed for our week-long stay. The host was so responsive, I highly recommend this rental - the location was perfect. We rented a golf cart and tooled around the island daily. Pool service was provided mid-week, which was very nice, even though it was low maintenance. We will choose this property again when visiting in the future!

This place was perfect! It is immaculately clean, well designed, and the house has everything you need. We did not rent a car and could easily walk to the beach, trolley stop, library, park, local restaurants and stores! The pool was perfectly warm for our late April early May stay.

Love hearing the home had everything you needed and that the pool was just right for your spring getaway. Clean, comfortable, and walkable is a hard combo to beat. We’d love to have you back for another laid-back stay on the island!

I've been travelling to AMI with our family/extended family almost every summer for the last 15 years and this property was one of the best. It was PERFECT! The entire interior looked brand new, super clean, beautiful and simple decor which I loved for our family. The kitchen had all the basics and I loved having all the cute little starter sets of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The pool area was a wonderful tropical oasis. Loved our week!

Peace filled break

Love this property. Second time we have stayed. There are some plumbing issues in the guest bathroom that need to be addressed. Poor drainage in tub and sink stopper needs fixing. The dishwasher was difficult to start. Other than that, it was great!

AMI 3bed 2bath, perfect for family of 5

This place was a great fit with what we were looking for as it was just big enough when we needed some separation we had enough room to do so. It was in the middle of AMI so renting a golf cart was ideal to get around. The back yard and pool were nice. If the pool could have been a little warmer with the cooler weather that would have been ideal. We had issues with the doorknobs early and maintenance came immediately and replaced them. Great spot and great location. Well done. We will be back in the area for sure again.

Perfect location, loved pool

For our first time on AMI this house was a great location. Situated about mid-island we were within walking distance of bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, beach rental places, public beach access and the trolley! Loved that we had 3 bedrooms so everyone had privacy. The washer/dryer was used every day to wash our swimsuits and dry our beach towels. Strange that it had a rental fee for linens…I think for $40 there should have been some extra bath towels and hand towels. Having a pool in our backyard was a game changer…I’m now spoiled and will have to have one every time! So nice that there was a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and cooler for the beach. I would absolutely stay at Peacock Crossing again!

Peaceful Family Getaway

The property was beautiful and peaceful. The backyard feels very private and secluded, and the house is on a very quiet street. Centrally located to everything we needed on the island and only a short walk to the beach. The beach area directly from the house was quiet and never crowded either. I was worried the walk would be too far with our three kids (youngest just turned 8), but it was perfect! The house had a wagon, cooler, toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and more We flew into Sarasota and rented a car, so it was very helpful that the house had almost everything we could have needed! The house is cozy and the pool was so nice… we spent more time at the house than I was expecting because it was a vacation all in itself. Grill is like new, kitchen has everything ya need, and the shower pressure is unlike any hotel or condo ever has… a must when a family of 5 is showering after a long day at the beach for 7 days in a row. Truly loved our stay and will rent this exact house again in the future!
