The main floor boasts a generous open-concept layout featuring a cozy living room, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the appliances and tools you’ll need for group meals or catered events.

Signature Suites
Two luxurious master bedrooms — affectionately named the Papa Bear and Mama Bear suites — each include a king-size bed, a bunk bed, and a private bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy.

Upstairs Adventures
Four charming bear-themed bedrooms await on the upper level, delighting both kids and adults alike. A spacious loft area is stocked with games, toys, and books to keep young guests entertained for hours.

Amazing Facility - Will be Back

This is our third time staying at this property and we have loved it every time. The house is well equipped, private and perfect for large families. There is plenty of space to spread out so you don't feel like you are on top of each other but the main spaces are large enough that everyone can get together. Great Location!

Family Reunion

We cannot say enough good things about our stay here! The hosts have truly thought of everything to make the stay so fun and comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning and they have thought of every detail. We had a very large group with all ages and everyone found something fun to do. We also were able to host a dinner with even more extended family. The hosts are so kind of easy to work with. This home is perfect family gathering places while allowing space to separate and explore.

Great for Family Reunions

We had a wonderful time at Bear Springs Retreat. We had 45 people in our group and the accommodations met all of our needs. Plenty of room to relax, play, eat, prepare meals, etc. We happened to be there when summer storms knocked out the power twice and our host was great to keep us informed and help us with anything we needed during our stay.

Family fun

This was a perfect place to hold our family reunion. There was plenty of room, and the kids of all ages enjoyed the fun things there were to do inside and outside the house. The owners were super responsive to any need we had. We are going back next year.

Wonderful place for a family reunion

We had a fabulous time. The granddaughters LOVED the dress up clothes. There was room for everyone. The kitchen is great, we could all sit down together and eat, with room to prepare and serve. Great place for a family reunion

It was the perfect spot for our family reunion! We had adults, teens, and small children. The kids had plenty of places to play and had lots of things they could do including the game room and toys and games, as well as a big lawn to play in. There are several rooms with both larger beds and bunk beds so younger children could sleep with their parents. The kitchen is well equipped so we could feed and seat everyone easily. The property is very well maintained and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cache Valley Paradise!

We rented the Bear Springs Retreat as a central gathering place for our daughter's graduation from Utah State. The property and location were amazing and checked all the boxes. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, plus all the activities you could hope for for kids and adults alike. Tons of space and amenities! Everyone in our group loved this place!! Mountain views from every angle and you are far enough outside of town to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

As I Am, Men's Retreat

The property is perfect for our needs. Spacious enough for 30 men, while at the same time warm and inviting, encouraging great connections. Missy holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, blending her love for nature with her artistic vision. Her experience in interior design allows her to curate inviting and stylish spaces throughout the retreat, ensuring that every corner reflects comfort and elegance. Missy takes great pride in the property’s outdoor areas, enhancing the natural beauty that surrounds us.

Paul brings a wealth of experience to Bear Springs Retreat, with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and over 23 years of service as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy. His dedication to excellence and attention to detail shine through in every aspect of the property. Paul continues to fuel his passion for aviation as a pilot for Life Flight, where he contributes to the community in a meaningful way.

Together, we love working around the property, continually making upgrades and improvements to enhance our guests' experience. Whether it's redesigning a garden, refreshing the decor, or adding new amenities, we pour our hearts into every project, always keeping our guests' comfort and enjoyment in mind.
