Please place sheets from used beds in one pillow case and leave it on the bed. Leave covers in the room(s). Shams are washed on-site so just leave them on the pillows. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not use bleach on house towels or linens. You will be charged for damage if it occurs.
Absolutely no smoking in the house. If you smoke around the property, please pick up your cigarette butts.
Please pick up pet poop and mitigate any hair deposits in the house.

Everything is great at this beach house. Plenty of space to hang for a large extended family. Easy walk to the beach. Host is incredibly responsive. We stayed here the summer of 2025 too and hope to be back next summer!

This house had great views of the ocean, a wonderful layout with bedrooms, and all around great space! We also had to work some while there and the internet connection was great! also, great proximity to downtown surf city.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Light and Sky! The house is beautiful and very well equipped. We appreciated that the pantry had a lot of basic staples because we always like to cook at the beach. We loved all the furniture on the upper deck and spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings watching the sunrise and sunset. It is very close to the beach too - really a 1 minute walk. We hope to come back again soon.

This was our second time staying at this property. It really works great for our family. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need during your stay. There is ample common space for families. The deck space and seating is great and covered. The walk to the ocean is very easy and short. This property is perfect for a beach vacation!

This place was amazing. One of the most well-stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed at - from kitchen needs to beach towels, extra blankets, beach toys, etc. Ample room for a large family to spread out. There was even a handful of baby/toddler items that were incredibly helpful - a gate! And a bed rail!

This rental was perfect for a group of 30-40 year old moms looking for a quiet and fun weekend away! We each had our own bedroom and Queen bed. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed from multiple coffee makers to a crockpot as well as all the linens. The location was super close to the beach and we were able to get a couple walks in before a storm. We hope to come back in the future!Our host was kind and very responsive to any questions we had.

The house was very well kept. Neat and clean upon arrival. There was more than enough room for our large family and my in-laws. We cook at home while at the beach and this was hands down the best equipped and organized kitchen we’ve come across. Beach access is a couple of minutes from the house. Convenient to Surf City and short drive to Sneads Ferry. We had a great stay!
