Brand New 7 Person Hot-Tub
Slalom Lodge is a 2,300 square foot, luxury vacation home. It is a tri-level with 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms and a large den used as the 5th bedroom. It is a great place to relax and will comfortably sleep 10 to 12 people.
Bear Hollow Village is a vacation community offering great year round activities. It’s close to the ski resorts, historic downtown and miles of great hiking trails.
With tasteful furnishings and plenty of space, the main level of the home is an ideal gathering place. The brand new large dining table has seating for 8 to 10 guests, plus 4 more at the kitchen island. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters overlooks the family room with a fireplace and a new 75-inch QLED HDTV. These rooms offer a great view of the Wasatch Mountains and Nature Preserve. Conveniently located on the deck just off the kitchen, is a brand new 7 person private hot tub and Weber Genesis gas BBQ.
All bedrooms have new flat screen TV's. The master bedroom, located upstairs with a new king size bed, has its own private deck looking out toward the mountains and nature preserve. The second bedroom has a queen-size pillow top bed plus a twin bed. The third bedroom also has a queen-size Euro pillow top bed. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over a full bed, and an XBOX 360 video game player. Two bathrooms and a laundry room are located on the upstairs level. Please call or e-mail John when your travel plans are set, but no later than the day before you arrive, and let him know your flight or other arrival time, and then,
Please call John again when you depart Salt Lake City airport for Park City.
Depending on your arrival time in Park City, there are two ways you can retrieve your keys:
1. The first option and the one most likely to happen is you will be greeted by John at the town-home.
2. In the event of a late night arrival John will provide a code to the garage which will allow you to enter the town-home. John will then greet you the next day to ensure you are comfortably settled in.
CHECK-OUT – Check-out time is 10:00 AM. This is necessary so the cleaners can come in and get the town-home ready for the next guests. Please leave the beds unmade and start the dishwasher. Please leave the keys on the counter and lock the door. Finally, please let John know when you are leaving. (Cell: 435-659-6246)
BOOT DRYERS – There are 8 boot dryers available. Please unplug these after use and be sure the attachment/extenders are on the system so the boots are well off the ground. These dryers use convective heat so you will not hear any fan turn on nor will the inside of the boots get hot. Simply leave your boots on overnight and they should be completely dry in the morning. Also, these are not made for drying gloves and will not work correctly for that. Please dry gloves in the clothes dryer.
SKI RENTALS: If you want to rent skis and have them delivered to the home via a mobile ski shop, I would recommend this company:
https://parkcity.blacktieskis.com/RedSky
This should get you a 10% discount.
If you want to go to a shop in Park City or near the Canyons cabriolet base (Hwy 224) for ski rentals you can use this discount code for 25% off at Breeze ski rentals. They will also deliver.
www.skirentals.com/larryvrbo
Finally, if you want to rent from a shop right at the base of the Canyons (Canyons Mtn. Rentals) or Park City (Legacy Rentals) with free overnight storage, this is the best choice. They also deliver. This should get you a 10% - 20% discount.

Canyons Base Area: Ski down to the bottom of the Gondola and try the Farm for lunch. Prices are the same as the day lodges, but the food is much better.
TOYS AND THINGS – Feel free to use whatever sleds, saucers, toys, games, books, CDs, videos, DVD’s, Nintendo Game Cube, X-Box, etc. that are in the house. They are there for everyone’s fun. It is very helpful if the games are put back in the boxes they belong in so all the pieces are there for the next people who stay.

Discount Lift Tickets:
There are some good discounts for Park City Mountain Resort and the Canyons. They are now combined and linked together and simply known as Park City. Simply purchase your lift tickets in advance on their web sites. (at least 14 days in advance for the best prices) A local season pass for $639 (if bought early) is a good deal if you are skiing at least 7 days.
It is difficult to receive much of a discount on Deer Valley Lift Tickets. The best option is to buy your tickets on line at DeerValley.com. There is a small discount for 3-7 day tickets.
There are good discounts for active, reserve or retired military including Deer Valley at $80 (including spouse and dependents). At Park City, active military tickets are about $75.
For Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton and Snowbasin, you can use Liftopia: http://www.liftopia.com/ Park City tickets are NOT available on Liftopia. Tickets typically need to be booked no later than the afternoon of the day before you are skiing/boarding. Depending on the time of year and the specific resort, they may need to be booked earlier. Note: The discount for Deer Valley is very small so you are probably better off buying your lift tickets on the Deer Valley web site.
You can purchase discount lift tickets for many of the resorts (not for Park City) at various ski shops in Salt Lake City.
One choice is: www.skitruck.com (Note: Very close to the airport )
Another is: www.canyonsports.com
Another choice is:
REI-Recreational Equipment Inc.
