Gulf Terrace 115 DOWNSTAIRS! NO STEPS 3 Pools, Boat/RV Parking

Please read this ENTIRELY before booking to make sure this is a good fit for you. The gated location is in the heart of Destin! Less than a mile from public beach access. This complex has 3 shared pools, 2 tennis courts and Barbeque grills throughout the property. A catch and release lake for fishing. Boat / RV parking on first come basis. through the front office of Gulf Terrace. A short drive to Harbor walk, Fishing boats and many Restaurants. 1bedroom 1 bath, The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A full kitchen with all necessary items for cooking. washer and dryer in the laundry room on the patio. Smart TV in the living room with ROKU and several streaming services pre-loaded for your use with your own account and passwords. Please do not forget to log out of your streaming services upon check out. Management isn't responsible for any actions on streaming services if the guest doesn't log out upon check out. This condo is NOT on the beach. It's in an older well-kept gated complex. We believe you will enjoy your time here. There is a potential for noise, as it's on the bottom floor. I have no control over the people above or beside you, just as any condo or hotel room.

Wristbands need to be worn when enjoying resort amenities and should be returned after use The replacement cost is $15.per band if not put back.
Insurance as this is something we Recommend. We do not issue refunds for cancellations since it is beyond our control. This would also include seaweed, sargan Grass this is again beyond our control.
Daily Rates are non- negotiable.

We arrived 2 days late due to a death in the family. We made it to the beach 2 days before Helene barreled up the coast. We did everything we had originally planned to do. Our Condo owner was very helpful and a super nice person!!

Best Hosts Ever!!!! Will Stay Again!

This was the best stay we have ever had in Destin! The property was very clean (there was no stray sand everywhere like I usually expect there to be at a place near the beach), and it had all of the amenities it's advertised to have! The hosts were super kind and understanding! They even went out of their way to solve an issue with one of the TVs not working immediately, and even went above and beyond with a gift! We will definitely consider staying at this property again in the future! 10/10 I highly recommend!

Beautiful/quiet place

Before our trip the communication with Mrs Mary was great she answered all my questions before booking! Once arrived the home it was very clean! I went with my children for a World Series Baseball tournament so I was not worried about being close to the beach at all. The backyard is beautiful, peaceful, water fountain in the lake, turtles and ducks swimming in the lake, chairs were on the porch to enjoy the view. A few mornings the ducks would come to the patio and my kids would feed them (their favorite thing to do!). We took a walk on the bridge over the lake and fed the turtles which isn’t far from the house at all. I loved the fact the washer/dryer were right outside the back door for easy washing clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked, I think the only thing I could have used was a potato peeler, 1st home I’ve stayed at that had a crock pot (which I brought mine) and a blender. For it being summer and kids out traveling the place was quiet, I saw the pools being cleaned daily, one pool was also on the other side of the building which was great too. Mary was so wonderful our entire stay!! I saved her place in my travel book for future stays.

Why they chose this property

This property's location is perfect. It's very easy to get in and out of. It's wonderful to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of wine and enjoy the lake. Perfect for a couple just wanting to have an easy vacation getaway.

What makes this property unique

The views from the living room are amazing. It's relaxing to sit and watch the ducks swim by the lake in the mornings, or have a glass of wine in the evenings. It's fun to watch the turtles from the bridge.
