Located just 25 yards from the base area, this ski in condo boasts one of the best locations in Steamboat Springs! The Dulany condos are located just steps from the ski slopes, shops and restaurants.
This fourth-floor unit offers incredible mountain views, two private balconies that overlook Burgess Creek, and a spacious open floor plan perfect for your next Colorado getaway.
After a day of skiing, hiking, or fishing, relax in the comfortable living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace with cozy brick hearth, 55” Smart TV with Roku streaming options and cable TV.
Don’t feel like heading out to dinner after a day of skiing? Stay in and cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table offers seating for eight, and three additional seats are available at the kitchen counter. The main bedroom has an king bed, en suite bath, and a balcony perfect for your early morning coffee. Down the hall, the second main bedroom offers a king bed, TV and attached bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen and twin bed, and also includes a TV. There is a detached bathroom with a shower across the hall. A full-size washer/dryer is tucked away in a hall closet for your convenience. Though you will be spoiled by the access to the coffee, deli, and spirits at the WildPlum grocery and eatery across the street, when you decide to venture to downtown Steamboat, a free shuttle is available during the winter season.

The Dulany at The Gondola complex features two common area outdoor hot tubs, a community firepit, and winter shuttle service. This unit has one covered parking space and exterior parking for one additional car.

Spring break

Great location and condo has nice space. Little taken back by management companies responses to some things that we would have thought to be nonissue - ie providing toilet paper and paper towels. We were informed that they provide toiletries for 3 days despite a week reservation.

Great location

Location is first rate and the property is very comfortable. Loved all the large windows. Plenty of space and seating in the living and dining room. Would stay again.
