It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) - Bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room/WC - Shared grounds of 2500 m² - 14 m² terrace, 9 m² of which is covered - Garden furniture with parasol - Sun loungers - Electric barbecue - Secure parking - Washing machine - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Hi-Fi system - Hairdryer - Fan A privileged setting for these two cottages located in Lumio, in Balagne, on a wooded property of 2500 m², 3 km from the sea
