Room for the whole family in the peaceful, serene community of Bristol Harbor. Nestled in the Fingerlakes wine country, this is a great place to enjoy all 4 seasons! Bristol Harbour amenities include; a private beach, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, library, and playground. Just 7.3 miles to Bristol Mountain for ski enthusiasts.

This was our 2nd stay at Ryan’s condo and it was just as good as last year. His property is clean and well maintained and he’s super easy to work with. Hoping to stay there again next August!

We’ll be back! Everything you need is provided. Great views and nice host. Only thing is I wish the hot water for shower was a tad hotter (temp).

Canandaigua Concert

Great first time visit to Canandaigua. Ryan was super and the condo was just like the pics! We hiked, kayaked, and played pickle ball. The Zac Brown concert was amazing and the venue was close to the condo (but not too close).

Relaxing Stay

We loved this condo. The view can't be beat. It was so comfortable that when we stayed in we were just as happy as when we headed out for touring. The beds, furniture, huge windows that let the cool air flow through and everything else made for a really great stay. This house has towels, sheets, a very complete kitchen and even soaps for laundry, dishes, and bathing. We really didn't need to bring any of our own products like we usually have to. We would love to stay here again!

Clean, cute rental with million dollar view

We stayed for 6 nights in June 2023. Photos are accurate and condo was well set up with furnishings in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Brand new Samsung washer and dryer with pods and dryer sheets was nice to have for length of our stay. The Full Bathroom is a little tight, but space upstairs is well used in other ways. The view from the balcony is awesome down the length of Canandaigua lake. Beach access via elevator is close-by. Small resort Gym, accessed via card, is just 1/4 mile walk up the hill and across the street. Parking is adequate right in front of the unit, but uncovered. Neighbors were quiet so a peaceful stay. 9 out of 10 and we would return.

Really a good time

Beautiful condo with all necessary ingredients for a delightful stay. Host was exceptionally receptive to all my questions. Two verandas overlooking the lake. Friendly neighbors. I gave the location 4 stars because there is a distance to travel for restaurants and grocery stores. This should not detract anyone who wishes to stay on Canandaiqua lake. Excellent experience!

Incredible View!

With two private lake facing balconies, the view from this condo cannot be beat! This condo was exactly what we were looking for our long weekend. It was spacious, clean, and nestled in a beautiful and quiet area right off Canandaigua Lake! The check-in and check-out process was simple, and Ryan was quick to respond with any questions we had. Why they chose this property

This lake side property is quiet and serene with amazing views of Canandaigua Lake. There are a plethora of things to do in the area including wine trails, hiking, water activities, beaches, restaurants, antiquing, skiing and snowboarding, fishing, and much more. It’s a wonderful place to spend a vacation.

What makes this property unique

The two private balconies overlooking the lake are peaceful, with only the sounds of nature and boating activities in the summer. It’s a magical place to watch the sun rise in the morning or cuddle up on the swing with a good book. The views are outstanding in all four seasons, revealing the charm and history of Canandaigua lake.
