The Space:

The house consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and a large wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a comfortable living room featuring a corner sofa, home cinema system, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix available on request.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are fully equipped. A veranda with a washing machine and a small airy balcony provide additional relaxing spaces. Downstairs, you can enjoy a garden with a barbecue, sun loungers, and a swing for children. There is also space to store bicycles and 3 private parking spaces available. WIFI



Guest Access:

Access to the accommodation is via a key box. The code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. You will be completely self-sufficient and independent during your stay.

Quiet and intimate neighborhood, located in a small village in the Hauts Cantons, offering a peaceful and authentic setting surrounded by nature.

Shops and basic amenities (bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop): 2 to 5 minutes on foot (200 to 500 m)

Poujol-sur-Orb village center: 1 to 5 minutes on foot

Lamalou-les-Bains (shops, thermal baths): 5 minutes by car (around 3 km)

Bédarieux (supermarkets, services, train station): 10 to 12 minutes by car (around 8 km)

Hiking trails (Caroux / Espinouse mountains): 10 to 20 minutes by car

Orb River (swimming, fishing spots): 5 to 10 minutes by car

Coastline (Béziers / Agde beaches): 45 minutes to 1 hour by car
