Great property and an even cooler owner

Me and some friends needed a spot in south Austin because we were throwing a baby shower for some friends at a venue off of Manchaca. This was in close proximity and was absolutly perfect for us. We were so happy to find this property because all of the hotels in town were snatched up by people attending SXSW. Lindsey was an absolute joy to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay,. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a clean and quiet place to lay your head.

Excellent!

This property in South Austin was a great place to stay. Lindsey is an excellent host and her communication was great! She gave recommendations on anything from easy access for the green belt to a nail salon! Place was super clean and in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

It has been a long time dream of ours to build a guest house to share with guests traveling to our favorite city in the world. We love our city and couldn't be more excited to share it with visitors from near and far.

What makes this property unique

Our home is located on almost an acre and is only a 15 drive from DT Austin (a rarity in this city, for sure!) We are also located walking distance from so many great restaurants, juice bars, Starbucks, Randall's, etc. We are less than a mile from very popular South Manchaca music venues and bars.
