Oceanview Luxury Condo at Peninsula Mazatlán

Peninsula is located in Nuevo Mazatlan, and is the most luxurious and exclusive condominium complex in all of Mazatlan. Vacation in style and take advantage of all the amenities this property has to offer: private beach, pools, games room, movie theatre, sauna, steam room, relaxation area, massage rooms, bar, and super chic lobby! Whether you are planning a romantic getaway or a group celebration, Peninsula has what you need.

Peninsula 3-B has a fabulous open layout and is decorated with modern furnishings. Feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Cook your own meals and mix your own drinks in your gourmet kitchen, or head to one of the neighbouring beach clubs/in to town and order from the restaurants.

Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom make for incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and our famous Mazatlan sunsets. The large soaker tub in the master bathroom is calming and inviting, as are each of the plush beds in the master and guest bedrooms. In the master bedroom is a king size bed, a queen bed is in the second bedroom, and two individual beds in the 3rd room.

Peninsula 3-B has cable and $1,000 pesos of electricity included, as well as ample closet space for all of your belongings.

Electricity in Peninsula condominiums is paid separately to the building administrators through deposits of $500 MXN. Administrators are also available day and night to help you with any problems or questions you might have. Rest assured that you will be in good hands.

The building administration at Peninsula require all guests to provide a credit card upon arrival, whereby they will put a hold on the card for $5,000 pesos. This hold is managed by the building administration, and is meant to cover any damages caused to the common areas.


Running along Sabalo Cerritos (the main road outside of Peninsula) is a brand new biking/walking path which runs North towards Playa Bruja, and South all the way to the Marina area. In the Playa Bruja and Marina areas you will find many great cafes and restaurants.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo and all things we needed were provided. We loved the beautiful ocean view and pools. The grounds and property are very well kept, and close to places we needed to be. Our hostess was very accommodating and attended immediately to our needs. We would love to come back again!

Comfortable, well equipped, with wonderful views and just steps from the beach. The two drawbacks are that there are not many restaurants nearby, but catching a cab to dinner was easy and allowed us to explore more of Mazatlan. The other drawback was the mariachi bands playing almost every night on the beach for 4-6 hours. Not sure if it was due to the holiday season, or if that is normal.

Our winter home

We have been staying at the Peninsula for 4 winters and have booked once again. It has become our home for 3 months in the winter. Occan properties have been very attentive to our issues. Some were minor, some not so minor. But for the most part, we have worked together well in solving any issues. The condo is well stocked with linens, cooking supplies but the oven is a bit of an issue. The view is amazing and the staff working at the peninsula are hard working and friendly. So nice to get a wave from the security when we come home in the evening. The building is spotless. The beach is always well maintained and as well as the bathrooms for the beach.

Lifestyle Holiday

The location of this condo was amazing. Great views and access to the beach, which was well maintained. All of the staff at the Peninsula were gracious, friendly and hard workers. The condo itself, while large and airy, is very dated and in need of some TLC and decorating. Very stark and sterile. Television is far too small for the room. We found the lighting to be extremely poor. The lights are "warm" which is nice, except for 2 important features. One being the bathroom. It creates a problem for doing makeup or shaving. My husband found himself finishing his shaving on the deck. Of most concern was the lighting in the kitchen. There is insufficient lighting over the cooking and prep area to the point that of having to use an iPhone flashlight in order to season and check food for readiness. No lighting over sink area, consequently we had to do dishes in the mornings as we chose not to use the dishwasher. Certainly not a kitchen to entertain for dinner. Overall, this was a great experience. Eunice and Adrianna were attentive and did their best to replace items that were old and worn, getting a plumber in when the toilet leaked and an issue with the main shower. However , if you are looking to stay for a longer period of time and enjoy cooking, this is not the place for you. .
