The Cozy Lookout - a perfect getaway

The Cozy lookout sits on 5 acres at the top of Thompson Ridge with a view for miles. We are just a short 5 minute drive to Rock House and 20 minutes from both Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave. Inside we have a cozy queen size bed and pullout full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen with cooktop, bathroom/shower and coffee. The middle floor is also equipped with a Hot Tub and movie room. Other amenities, 2 smart Tv's, high speed internet, Alexa controlled lights upstairs and many more. We have over 230 reviews on other rental websites for the same listing!

Cozy little place. We enjoyed our stay. Make sure you're completely comfortable with your staying partner as the bathroom only has an accordion curtain door that offer very little privacy.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. It was a great little place that was close to other areas so we were able to get to places easily! We went to Rock House for a hike and it was a great! We recommend Mams Rusted Skillet and Ridge Inn restaurant in Laurelville for food!!

Due to the winter storm that hit the area, we did not actually get to stay at the cabin. Justin, the host, reached out prior to the storm to express his concerns about possible power outages and road conditions. He was very understanding and helpful in canceling our reservation and refunding our money. Our safety was his first concern and not just making money. Although we did not get to stay that weekend, i will definitely be booking the cabin again in the future.

Perfect getaway

Great little spot! It had everything we needed for a quick getaway. It was close to hiking trails and we loved the fire pit and hot tub after a long day out. We would stay again!
