A beautiful 35 m² terrace with good exposure to make the most of sunny days is furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue and a fire pit to pleasantly extend summer evenings.
Both children and adults will also appreciate the games and sports facilities located just 2 minutes' walk from the house. For more cosy moments, an outbuilding converted into a cinema room will allow you to share DVD evenings with family or friends.
A warm and perfectly equipped house
Upon arrival, you will discover a pleasant lounge equipped with three comfortable sofas, ideal for gathering after a day at the beach or a sea outing.
The large dining room, warm and welcoming, has a table that can accommodate up to 11 guests as well as a decorative fireplace adding charm and authenticity to the space.
The open-plan American kitchen overlooking the dining room is fully equipped: gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, percolator coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.
A desk area with wifi access and a pantry with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground floor.
