Looking to enjoy the mountains with your family in a bright, peaceful and comfortable apartment, while staying close to Saint-Lary and all its activities?

Our 35 m² one-bedroom apartment with a separate bunk-bed cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features beautiful mountain views, a balcony, a private parking space and a free shuttle bus stop right outside the residence in winter.

THE APARTMENT

Located on the 1st floor of a residence without a lift, the apartment is east-west facing and particularly bright.

It consists of:

• One bedroom with a king-size bed
• A separate cabin with bunk beds, ideal for children
• A bright living room with a large 4-seater sofa
• A bathroom with a shower
• Separate toilet
• A west-facing balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the mountain views
• A private storage room for your ski equipment, sledges, snowshoes or bicycles

A CONVENIENT LOCATION

The apartment is located in Vielle-Aure, in a peaceful setting while still offering easy access to Saint-Lary-Soulan.

The centre of Saint-Lary is approximately a 15-minute walk away. There you will find the local market, bakeries, restaurants, shops and numerous activities and events.

The Saint-Lary gondola lifts are approximately a 17-minute walk away.

In winter, a free shuttle bus stops right outside the residence and provides easy access to the gondola lifts and Saint-Lary town centre, so you can leave your car at the apartment.

A private parking space is also available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To preserve the peace and quiet of the residence:

• Non-smoking apartment
• Parties and events are not allowed
• Pets are not accepted
• No Wi-Fi in the apartment

Bed linen and towels are not provided as standard. Blankets are available in the apartment.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.

We simply ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition when you depart:

• Wash and put away the dishes
• Take out the rubbish
• Empty the refrigerator
