Very pleasant house for holidays, on one level, barbecue and large terrace, large awning that covers the terrace, sun loungers, all rooms overlook the outside, outdoor shower for the return from the beach! well-equipped kitchen, 10' walk from the Bay of Arcachon, 20' by bike by bike paths to reach the ocean, close to shops, the supermarket, daily summer market in season, bars and restaurants nearby, tennis, padels, nautical club, petanque court, cycle paths, nautical club, surf clubs, peaceful housing estate without vehicle passage
