You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming 1 bedroom place to stay. Which has been remodeled to give you a relaxing and comfortable place to lounge after a day on the lake.
A microwave and mini fridge are provided in the rooms for your convenience. Room has been freshly painted and updated! Pets are welcome but there is an additional fee for them!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Clean out fridge and take all trash out to the trash cans in the hallway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent place to lay your head during lake activities! Plenty "needs fulfilling" shopping nearby, room was very clean and comfortable. Included everything needed, plenty towels, washcloths, TP, even bodywash & shampoo! Great (speedy) communication with the host. Highly recommend & will be booking with this host next time I'm going to the lake!

The picked away updated motel near Kentucky Dam Village Resort. Quiet and felt safe. Great water pressure and nice updated bathroom. Loved the mattress, pillows, and bedding! Nicer mattress than many chain hotels I’ve stayed in. Great communication from the host when I needed to make an adjustment to my reservation. I would recommend bringing an eye mask - I wished for thicker curtains as my room had the parking lot light outside of it and I had to cover my eyes each night. My closet did not have a bar to hang clothes which was disappointing and there was no where to hang my towel other than the doorknob. Minor things! I would absolutely stay there again if I were in the area.

It was in a rather run-down neighborhood, but there were no signs of vandalism or graffiti around. The motel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Once i had the manager's email, communication was easy. When I told her the fridge was not working, a new one was there the next day! I would stay here again if travelling to this area.
