6/10 Okay

Liked: Check-in, location
The location was really fun and unique, with an apartment situated above a bar and a small balcony. Check-in was easy and straightforward. However, once inside, we noticed several things that needed repair, including a broken bathroom door, a broken closet door, and a dishwasher that didn’t work. There was also a note warning that the bathroom outlet might trip, and several lamps were either missing bulbs or had burnt-out bulbs. Notes were provided explaining the issues with the broken items, but there were so many of them that it was hard to overlook how much needed attention. There was also no internet service, and our inquiries about it were not really answered. Overall, the apartment felt dingy and in need of significant maintenance. But I could tell that once upon a time, it was a cute place. While the location had a lot of character, the number of issues and lack of communication made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Great location to concert venues (Mahall's/Roxy) and local restaurants. A lot of space inside, and a really cool balcony to relax on.

Great Stay

Great location & communication! Only hiccup is that the door to the second bedroom didn't close due to the extra bed.
